Artist's Project Description: This piece was inspired by everything that has transpired towards the end of August 2020. Folks denying who they are and what’s important. From the social injustices that continue to effect our community, but if I were to put it into a window of space... everything from the George Floyd murder to the passing of the late Chadwick Boseman. In particular a text he’d sent out to another fellow actor that went viral, and I started thinking about this project... the breath project and a mans final moments might be... what would you say to a lifelong friend if they unexpectedly called and they wanted to apologize.
